I am looking for a driving instructor and would like to know what qualifications i should look for before paying.

Hi I want to start taking driving lessons. can anyone recommend a good driving instructor in Dublin in Clondalkin if passable a female driving in driving instructor I think I would feel more relax with a female instructor rather than a male but I guess it doesn’t really matter.

Ok i want to know how much u paid ur driving instructor? how many hours? what state? cause im paying 310 dollars for 10 hours in Long beach california and i want to compare prices.

my dad is hiring a driving instructor to teach me for 40$ for 1 hour…is it too pricy or cheap…i think is expensive..how much does it usually cost?

These days people are being encourages not to many any non-essential car journeys – yet that is how a driving instructor makes their living!! Their career is one big carbon footprint! And not only do they use loads of precious petrol, but they enable others to do the same by teaching people to drive and allowing them into the world of driving!!

I was just thinking about this as I have just got a car and am learning to drive, but haven’t yet had lessons. I think all the environmental issues must have been drilled into me, as although I would like to learn to drive, the journeys I make are often pointless just for me to practice and I feel a little guilty for this.

Do driving instuctors feel guilty? Do they care about the environment?

Are there any other proffessions that people ought to feel guilty in?

I have been learning with my driving instructor for about 5 months now. I have already taken one test and failed because of my parallel parking. I have another test coming up and if I don’t pass I think it will be best to no longer let him teach me and find someone else. What would be the best way to tell him this?

I’m doing a class project on this profession. How many hours did you actually train in the car? In the classroom? Was it hard? How old do you have to be? What are the prerequisites? Any accidents? Any information about your experience of becoming or being a driving instructor would he extremely helpful.

I’m 18 and already have my permit. I’m learning to drive on my own and with my parents. It’s been around 5 months since i got my permit. I want to get my license now but don’t want to take drivers education classes. How can I pass the driving test and get my license?

I’m talking about the six hours you have to do with a driving instructor, when you have your permit, and before you test for your license, what is it like? what does the instructor expect you to do and know? How long do they usually last?
I’m not talking about the test, I’m wondering about driving with an instructor when you just have your permit, when you are getting the required six hours of driving with an instructor from driver’s ed
