Are AA "Franchise" driving instructors safe?

|Hey I just found this guys contact details on 2pass.co.uk and he has his full name and he says that he is an AA driving instructor… I rung up AA and they said he is an AA Franchise Driving instructor…. He also said he has an AA car… I want to know is this guy safe to do driving lessons with and can I trust him with the money? If he decides to run…. Does AA have his contact details to track him down? Please Help!!!

should I get driving lessons from BSM/AA or from local instructors?

The prices seem roughly the same from both BSM, the AA, and all the local driving instructors in the DIA. Which should I choose?
