How can i start my own driving school instructors classes and driving? What type of certificate will i need and license?

Laws probably vary from state to state, but I would assume you need capitol, business loans etc., and a business plan. Small business adm. can help. Also, remember the price of gas!!!
I am a Truck Driving Instructor, and from checking w/ my school, you would have to contact the board of education in your state to get the minimum standards. You would also have to check with insurance companies and be bonded for whatever your state insurance requirements are. Obtain a federal and state tax Id number. And if you are going for a loan or grant, a Mission statement and P & L projection for your budget.
You will also have to be certified by your state to teach driving courses, and will require you test and pass a background check.
Your best bet if you are just starting, is to call another driving school for imformation, or go to your local Dept. Of Motor Vehicles for requirements.
